The In-house Counsel will support First Bank & Trust on legal matters and related issues important in meeting the objectives of the organization and its affiliates. This person should have a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate plus four years of experience or the equivalent. Additionally, a background in banking and/or financial compliance or legal work is desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required along with analytical and problem-solving skills. This person must be able to work independently and as a team member in an environment requiring constant multi-tasking and reprioritization. Excellent legal research and analysis skills required.
