LEGAL – ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, LITIGATION SECTION

Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith, LLP is seeking an associate attorney to work in its litigation section. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical, research, and writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judges. Candidates should be competitively ranked in their law school class or have relevant experience as a litigation attorney and have a desire to live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Candidates must be admitted to, or eligible to sit for admission to, the South Dakota Bar.
