Associate Attorney – Madison and Flandreau

Lammers, Kleibacker, Dawson & Miller, LLP., offers a complete general practice opportunity, and is seeking candidates for an associate attorney. The firm handles all types of civil and criminal matters, as well as many areas of non-litigation civil practice. This opportunity comes with the ability to have autonomy in determining the type of practice they would like to have after establishing portfolio and billables.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in South Dakota and be in good standing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, writing, and research skills, and be willing to work in most general practice areas with an emphasis on contracts, estate planning and trust, and probate areas. Opportunities for civil and criminal litigation are also available.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications.
