Qualified candidates should have a JD from an ABA accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and strong research, writing, and people skills. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota (or immediately eligible for admission to the Minnesota bar based on the candidate’s MBE or UBE score from another jurisdiction) and be in good standing with the bar in each state in which the candidate is licensed to practice law.
